These are just a few highlights of Sophie's dance career so far involving teaching, choreographing and performing. She has worked, collaborated and taken class with lots of professional dance companies. To name a few; Company Wayne McGregor, Lucinda Childs, New Adventures, Kristiana and Sade Alleyne, Rambert Dance Company and the list goes on.

JV2 Professional Development Diploma- the company trained hard in Body Conditioning, Pilates, Contemporary and Ballet Technique, Physical Theatre and Performance Skills as well as creating two new dance works and one recreation with Jasmin Vardimon. These were taken on a national tour concluding at Saddler's Wells.

BA (HONS) CONTEMPORARY DANCE

Commenced Sept 2015

Achieved at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Placement periods with Phoenix Dance Theatre, Alexander Whitley and Lea Anderson. Worked with Joss Arnott, Zoi Dimitriou, James Pett, Travis Clausen-Knight, Lizzi Kew-Ross and Naomi Lefebvre Sell. Performed in many performances and took extra teaching, technique and Screen Dance and Dance Film workshops.

Worked for the Learning and Participation Team at Trinity Laban (Mar 2018- Dec 2018) acting as a teaching assistant with children’s classes and end of year productions. Full Enhanced DBS Certificate.
