Sophie has had a passion and love for dance since the age of three; taking classes in Latin American and Ballroom, Classical Ballet, Modern and Tap. She regularly performed in dance and Amateur Youth Theatre performances as well as taking RAD and ISTD exams. She went on to pre-vocational training attending The Lowry CAT Scheme, The Hammond Associate Programme whilst also attending The Jenny Brennan School of Dance and achieving brilliant A Level Grades.
Sophie then moved to London to gain her First Class Degree in Contemporary Dance through three years of professional training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Sophie has worked with lots of professional dance companies, nationally and internationally, and taken work placement periods and workshops with professional companies such as Phoenix Dance Theatre, Alexander Whitley Dance Company and Lea Anderson- working close with these companies and performing as part of South Bank Fashion Week 2016.
Following her graduation, Sophie successfully auditioned for JV2 Dance Company where she trained extremely hard in Contemporary Dance, Physical Theatre, Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning. The company train hard and create works that are then taken on a national tour concluding with a performance at Saddler's Wells in London.

Sophie has a passion for dance, fitness and well-being as a whole and passionately promotes this lifestyle as accessible for every individual through her expertise and advanced knowledge. Her passion for fitness grew alongside her professional dance training and has blossomed ever since. Her ethos incorporates all elements of her past training (Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Weight Training, Dance, running etc) physically, whilst also working on mental endurance and strength and as a whole, a healthy, active, happy lifestyle.
